How SC Execute Our Orders

Upon receipt of inquires :

• SC work out price with factories & confirm to our buyer as urgent
• After  receiving PO & L/C, SC give L/C to the factory & ensure that the Back to Back L/Cs are opened & the fabric & accessories are arranged
• SC  follow closely with supplier for in-time procurement of fabric and accessories
• Meanwhile, SC take all necessary approval on FAB/ACC/GMT sample from our buyer
• Upon receipt of all the fabric and accessories in hand SC manage to get the pre-production size set so to start the bulk production then after passing the first trial cutting our technical dept. allows the factory to go for bulk production
• During all stages of production from knitting/SCaving, dyeing, printing/embroidery, sewing finishing & packing our QC team ensures the quality product to the desired level.
